There are about 4 people in the world that joke is intended for, but it is the 25th anniversary of Tron.

How can this be a news story in 2007?  I’ve been reading Taylor Branch’s spectacular Martin Luther King, Jr. biography and shiddering at the closeness of all that repression, and then I see that a town in Georgia has finally let Black people come to a dance.  Shining City on the Hill.

The other day I got spam mail from Bucky Barnes. As I mentioned, I’ve been a big fan of Brubaker’s Captain America run, so this pleased me much more than the average unsolicited advertisement.

Apparently Taser, Inc. has made Greg Leyh change the name of my favorite thing.  Behold the Taser Cannon  Lorentz Gun.  It remains the best thing in the world.

The righteous have already seen Warren Ellis‘s latest comment on the presidential race, but for those snoozing or living in Japan, he’s talking about McCain.

It’s not often I disagree with Warren Ellis, but this is awesome.
