Walking in Chula Vista

It’s not every day that you get to see someone achieve a goal they’ve trained for for a year.  Congrats to all the Western Women today.

    Thanks, Ted, it was so great to have you there, and really superb the way you started yelling support as soon as I asked you to, as I hit the part that separates the girls from the women, and started walking beyond marathon distance. You are a champion-enabler. :)

    It was a great delight to be there. As I’m sure you know, the yelling was awful easy compared to the actual athletics. :-)
